As a transpersonal life coach with 30 years of experience, I approach my work and life with practicality, enthusiasm, and positivity. Having come from nothing, I have survived much to create a life of abundance, love, and purpose. I t is my calling to help others do the same.

Maybe you are looking to lose weight or get in shape. Most are looking to gain a fulfilling connection with themselves and others which will inevitably fulfill all of the above.

Transpersonal coaching extends beyond the personal or individual concerns with more esoteric mental experiences beyond the usual limits of ego and personality. In other words, my work deals with the individual but integrates the dreams and desires of that person into a more global landscape.

We examine what it is you say you want in your life, what is in the way, and how to manifest your goals. Through a series of conversations, assignments, and experiential learning, you will break through and soar!

I was once told that “The way to enlightenment, is to lighten up!” I think you can insert the words happiness, fulfillment, and success in that sentence and it remains true. Life is not meant to be hard. It is meant to be experienced with wonder and amazement. That does not mean that difficulties don’t arise, but how you face them can be empowering, not debilitating.

I currently hold a BA from UCLA, a B.Msc. in Metaphysical Counseling, and a life coaching certification, combined with decades of life experience and a passion for enlightening and awakening those around me. Through my one-on-one coaching sessions, workshops, meditation retreats and podcasts you can uncover the obstacles to your ideal life.
